- “This updated manual replaces and supersedes the February 2016 manual and is effective May 15, 2016.”
Now reads as following:
- “This updated manual replaces and supersedes the February 2016 manual.”
Thus removing a typographical error. Also, effective dates are for jurisdictional guidance documents only.
