The Program Planning Subcommittee serves as a intermediary between the Management Committee and other Copermittee Working Bodies and  provides regional coordination of urban runoff management activities, to develop and implement Regional General Programs, and to direct and coordinate the activities of Regional, Watershed, or Other General Programs. On April 26, 2011, the Regional Management Committee voted to consolidate the Fiscal, Reporting and Assessment Workgroup and Regional WURMP Workgroup into the Program Planning Subcommittee, effective July 1, 2011.
