The purpose of the County of San Diego's Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Program (JURMP) is to establish a programmatic framework by which the County will implemnt programs and activities that meet the regulatory obligations established by the Municipal Stormwater Permit. The JURMP describes the County's intended approach to meeting these Permit obligations over the five-year permit cycle.

Each year the County prepares an Annual Report documents the County’s accomplishments and progress that is made during each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). Modifications, new goals, and/or new activities are also discussed within each annual report.
