The San Diego Bay Watershed is a combination of three individual watersheds: Pueblo, Otay, and Sweetwater. The Port of San Diego, as the lead jurisdiction, has collaborated with the County of San Diego and the cities of Chula Vista, Coronado, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, Imperial Beach, National City, and San Diego to prepare the WURMP document to comply with the Municipal Stormwater Permit.
