The San Diego Stormwater Copermittees have established a regional program of shared responsibilities to carry out activities necessary to comply with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit regulations. The Regional General Program is made up working bodies assembled to conduct work required by the stormwater permit.
