Watershed Urban Runoff Management Program

TIJUANA RIVER

The Tijuana River Watershed Urban Runoff Management Program (WURMP) has been established by the Copermittees to plan and implement activities in order to ensure compliance with the waste discharge requirements of the Municipal Storm Water Permit of 2007-01 (Municipal Permit) and reduce the impacts of urban activity on receiving water quality within the watershed.
