The San Diego River Watershed Workgroup has completed the San Diego River Watershed Management Plan. The development of the Watershed Management Plan and work products was conducted through a stakeholder-driven process, including 34 public meetings and workshops from February 2002 to March 2005. The Plan is intended to be a living document.
