The CWN was awarded a Clean Water Act 205(j) grant from the State Water Resources Control Board in 1999 to develop a Watershed Management Plan. The Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego provides the day to day management of the study. The Carlsbad Watershed Management Plan, a management plan for the coastal watersheds of the Carlsbad hydrologic unit, was completed in February 2002. The Plan is provided below in Adobe Acrobat format. If the files do not open, download them to your hard drive and open them from your computer.
