County of San Diego's Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Program (JURMP) Annual Reports 

Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Program (JURMP) Annual Reports are submitted pursuant to requirements under the Municipal Stormwater Permit. The JURMP Annual Report documents the County’s accomplishments and progress that is made during each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). Modifications, new goals, and/or new activities are also discussed within each annual report.
