County of San Diego's Stormwater Permit, Reports, Ordinance and Standards Manual
 

Copermittees are required to have adequate legal authority to enforce elements of the new Municipal Stormwater Permit (Order No. R9-2007-0001).  The County of San Diego Watershed Protection, Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Ordinance is offered as a model to promote regional consistency.
 
The County of San Diego revised its Stormwater Ordinance and Standards Manual last in March, 2008.
