County of San Diego's JURMP (revised 2008)

 
The purpose of the County of San Diego’s Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Program (JURMP) document is to establish a programmatic framework by which the County will implement programs and activities that meet the regulatory obligations established by the Municipal Stormwater Permit.  The JURMP describes the County’s intended approach to meeting these Permit obligations over the five year Permit cycle.
