Stormwater Capture and Use Feasibility Study
The City of Escondido invites the public and members of the Carlsbad WQIP Consultation Panel to a presentation of analysis in the Escondido Creek Hydrologic Area. This analysis concluded that an exemption to hydromodification requirements for development directly discharging to the creek was appropriate within and downstream of the concrete-lined channel in Escondido.
The objective of the meeting is to share the findings of the hydromodification exemption applicability study for Escondido Creek, invite the consultation panel members to ask questions and provide feedback according to the requirements of our storm water municipal permit (R9-2013-0001 as amended). We will also be inviting other copermittees and the general public to attend, ask questions and provide comments.
